Changes to /v1 only add things

Changes to /v1 only add things: new response fields, new error and reason codes, and new optional parameters. Build your integration to ignore fields and codes it doesn't recognize. We never rename an error format or a code. A change that could break an integration ships as /v2, announced in the changelog at least 6 months ahead.

The qr.scanned webhook payload follows the same rule: new fields may be added, and existing fields keep their names and meanings.
